- Parents or carers of children using the Playroom must be aged 18 or over.
- Parents or carers must supervise and be fully responsible for the welfare of their children at all times during a Playroom session.
- Sessions are attended on the understanding that the Playroom Ltd does not provide direct supervision or care of the children who attend Playroom sessions.
- The Playroom Ltd must be made aware of any allergies, health or SENd conditions which may affect children using the playroom.
- Refunds cannot be issued but bookings may be rescheduled provided at least 24 hours notice is given.
